What skills can you improve?

Nursing skills: As a care worker, you can learn basic nursing skills to care for elderly people and people with disabilities who need support in their daily lives.

We communicate with our users to build trusting relationships. By listening to what they have to say and responding with appropriate words and attitudes, we make them feel at ease.

I was able to work and discover something new every day, and even though it had been a while since I last worked there, it went smoothly.

I had just recovered from an illness and couldn't push myself too hard, but they helped me out by consulting with me and creating a shift schedule, which was a great help.
